Senior Systems Engineer

Job Summary

We are looking for a Senior Systems Engineer to join our Network & Infrastructure team. You will be responsible for maintaining and monitoring our customers' systems and infrastructure to support their business goals.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years deployment experience. Experience in System Integrator (SI) environment is an added advantage
• Have strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
• Practical experience with network switches, routers, firewalls, and VPN
• Proven working experience in installation/configuration/troubleshooting SUSE Linux based environments
• Solid Cloud deployment experience, preferably in Microsoft Azure and Office365
• Experienced in system performance monitoring systems
• Hands-on experience on setting up and maintaining server infrastructure
• Certified in Microsoft MCSA/MCSE, Vmware VCP, Cisco CCNA/CCNP is preferred
• Good communication and documentation skills
• High level of independence is required

Responsibilities:

• Maintain and monitor clients’ network infrastructure, security and computer systems to meet the clients’ current and future requirements
• Monitor systems and identify performance issues proactively
• Maintain security and backup strategies for clients
• Sound execution of technical services for new and existing clients
• Provide level 2 and level 3 support
