The good news is there is some flexibility here. Your license price varies based on the level of access needed, whether it be full access for administrators or limited access for standard users.

Data Servers

The choice of database can affect SAP Business One (B1) costs. SAP HANA is best for SMEs needing fast data processing and real-time insights, offering higher long-term ROI. However, if these features aren't essential, Microsoft SQL may be more cost-effective and offers broad third-party support.
